Cancellation Policy

SLOTS ARE NOT BOOKED UNTIL CONFIRMED BY EMAIL VIA STAFF MEMEBER. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before your booking will incur a £25.00 cancellation fee per car. - - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the valet cost per car. - Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled 48hrs before the booking date. - Complaints must be submitted within 24hrs after the appointment has been completed. When job is completed, our detailer will get an electronic signature to confirm you are fully satisfied with the service provided.
