TERMS OF AGREEMENT
All secured bookings are deposit based only. Deposits are non-refundable/ non-transferable 24hrs before the booking. Deposits differ due to packages or work needed.
Please be aware, Mitchell's Detailing is fully mobile for a convenient valeting and detailing services. Mitchell's Detailing can not control traffic, acts of other or acts of god. If any of this is applied to your booking, Mitchell's Detailing will rebook you within 14 days of the inconvenience. If not, a full refund of deposit will be issued. If your vehicle interior is heavily soiled with mud pet hair, mould, blood, vomit or other, additional charges will apply. All charges will be agreed by both parties' prior work commencing.
T&C AGREEMENT
- We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle and damage through fire, theft and wear of abused parts.
- For Quotations, we may add a 10% increase on original estimates depending on rates,
further work needed and material prices.
- Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before your booking will incur a £25.00 cancellation fee per car. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the valet cost per car.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled 48hrs before the booking date.
- Complaints must be submitted within 24hrs after the appointment has been completed. When job is completed, our detailer will get an electronic signature to confirm you are fully satisfied with the service provided.
- We do NOT remove wheels due to insurance. If you are wanting wheels removed for coating, additional charges will apply for third parties.
- Following a full valet or deep interior clean, the customer acknowledges that moisture may remain within carpets, upholstery, and other interior surfaces.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the vehicle is adequately dried after the service. This includes, but is not limited to:

Running the vehicle’s heating system to circulate warm air

Allowing proper ventilation (e.g. opening windows where safe)

Using the vehicle regularly to assist the drying process

Avoiding leaving the vehicle unused for prolonged periods after the service
Failure to properly dry and ventilate the vehicle may result in the development of mould, mildew, or unpleasant odours.
By booking our services, the customer agrees that we shall not be held liable for any mould, mildew, damp, or odour issues that arise after the valet service has been completed.
PLEASE READ & AGREE WITH OUR T&C BEFORE ANY WORK IS CARRIED OUT. A MEMBER OF STAFF WILL HAVE A WALK ROUND OF YOUR VEHICLE PRIOR TO CARRYING OUT ANY WORK TO STATE AND MARK DOWN ANY DAMAGE/ DEFECTS ON THE WHOLE VEHICLE.
